I started learning and practicing this method a year and a half ago.
After a short time I noticed changes in myself and my environment noticed it too.
By now I have managed to leave behind the self that I thought was real, the self that was preoccupied with my precarious financial situation and love.

When I started to practice this meditation, I didn't know myself, I didn't know what was inside me, what was causing me difficulties.
In fact, I didn't even want to realise that I had difficulties.
Then, slowly, I began to see that I was really happy and carefree on the surface, not even wanting to admit to myself that I was really in distress, and that I was being controlled and moved by my sense of inferiority. I was very tired of always trying to please everyone and be better than everyone else.
The best student, the prettiest girlfriend, the most talented, the most interesting, the wisest... I was constantly comparing myself to others and I was very unhappy with myself.
I couldn't accept myself, others, the world.
I wanted to change myself, others, the world.
But I couldn't.
Then I began to see that the fault was in me, in the way I saw things.
I wasn't seeing the real world, I was seeing a world distorted by my sense of inferiority.
I was living in a false world.
With the help of the method, step by step, my sense of inferiority disappeared, my false negative mind, my worries, my doubts, and the accepting mind remained.
And because my mind changed, my world changed.

This meditation found me at a difficult time in my life.
My primary aim was to calm my mind, but I have since realised that it is much more than that.
Since I started the withdrawal meditation, I feel much better both physically and mentally.
I am almost always happy, I have much more energy and my need for sleep has decreased.
I now have a much better view of myself and can accept the opinions of others more easily. Thanks to this method, my health has improved a lot, my cholesterol level has recovered.
I have also made positive changes at work thanks to regular meditation.
I am glad that I found this method and that I was able to start on this path.

I started meditation because I was anxious and stressed.
I was very fortunate to find this meditation and it made a difference in a very short time.
While I was in the process, I could already feel that I was much lighter, calmer, more confident and the anxiety was gone.
I can now live a really very happy life without any worries.
I am very, very grateful for this method.

When I started this meditation, I didn't think it would change me completely.
But it did.
Throughout the meditation, I kept realizing that my life was at a standstill.
Feeling inferior, insecure... I saw how I was repeating the same mistakes over and over again and just drifting with the current.
I tried many different directions, but the negative things didn't go away.
But this meditation brought a change: awareness came in.
I became determined, positive and the wandering thoughts disappeared.
I am very grateful for this method.
I feel good and I can focus 100% on what I am doing.
I now know that it was my mind that made me not live in this world.

I started meditating because of the hope of change.
At a time when I saw no meaning or purpose to my existence.
I had a deep depression, disillusionment with life, disappointment, alienation from people, distrust.
I managed to cover it up for a while, but that was basically what I had.
Slowly but surely, my depression started to decrease, for which I am very grateful and I have become more responsible.
The biggest difference between the me before meditation and the me now is my attitude.
Both to people and to life situations.
Things have started to slowly fall into place, both inside and out.
When I became aware of this, I was very surprised.
I am very grateful to be doing this learning and it gives me a sense of security to know that I am on the right track.

Depression has almost completely disappeared

I have been anxious all my life.
I've always had anxiety.
In school, in school, in the workplace, in not making mistakes or meeting expectations, in my relationships... in the end, I just wanted to fit in everywhere... so I was anxious.
A lot of anxiety kept me in a constant state of stress, which grew and grew, and eventually panic attacks developed and led to problems with my heart.
That's when I had enough.
I quit my then job and started looking for a solution to finally leave the constant negative thoughts, stress and suffering and finally be better mentally and physically.

I have tried many things, read many self-study books, visited religious places, tried different meditations and methods.
And honestly, every course, meditation, course, etc.
helped... but only temporarily... because after I went back to work, the stress, the impatience, the nervousness, the suffering came again.
So the search continued, because I was looking for a permanent solution.

Something that will help me to get out of the misery of constant bad feelings.
That's when I found this method.
Once I started, I could feel that it was different from what I had been doing, and after a few months at least half of my fears had disappeared.
I had never imagined before that such a thing was possible.
Today, my old anxious self is completely gone and I can finally feel free and comfortable at any time.
In fact, I've got more.
I have found in myself the certainty that I think everyone is looking for.
Through this method, I have found the answers within myself to what my life is about and what I need to do.
I can say that I have found my true self and I am finally completely clear about what I need to do.
No more doubt.
I am grateful for that.
That's what I'm dealing with now.
I help people get to this place so they can find their true self and the answers within themselves.
I am finally calm, happy and liberated.
