This meditation method is a process that consists of several levels and methods. By going through the whole process, final purification of the mind is achieved. This method not only calms the mind. It completely cleanses it by removing negative, false memory thoughts.

Once you have done this, you will know exactly what the detailed process is.

A common question is how long the course will take. It is not possible to give an exact answer. It depends on your diligence and your mind.

As for the course fee, we can say in advance that everyone pays a monthly membership fee according to their means. An entrepreneur or a manager does not pay the same as a pensioner, a student, a single mother, a handicapped person… and so on. How much you will have to pay is something you will discuss with the facilitator after your test session, if you decide to continue with the meditation.
